Conducted due diligence for Empty Stocking Fund to assess the opportunity to assume the school supplies program Kids in Need from the Atlanta Community Food Bank including developing the financial and impact plan; facilitated negotiations between ACFB and ESF and worked closely with ESF board to commit to more than doubling of the organization through an asset transfer agreement.
CHURCH Restructure: Worked with a prominent Atlanta church to assess the organization and to develop a future organizational chart and process of transitioning the staff as needed working closely with the Head Pastor and HR committee to execute.
Developed plan for combining staff including assessing culture, developing future combined organizational structure and making recommendations on compensation, benefits and strategies for combining staff and board. Coached and facilitated staff and leaders of organization particularly Executive Director toward a shared vision and plan for the future, and helped negotiate issues.
Work closely with nonprofit executive and board leaders to assess, plan for and to coach for enhanced governance and leadership including comprehensive board development planning and Executive Director Coaching. Also work with organizations to plan for and guide them through leadership transition and succession.
