Coaching focus areas

I facilitate 6 month group coaching programs of peers to harness your collective wisdom.  Your confidential peer forum helps you to gain perspective, wisdom, support and comaraderie.  Individual coaching at the beginning and during the program helps you to further establish goals for your development.  As your coach, I help you to gain the most benefit from this program.

I work one-on-one with senior leaders to help them gain awareness of strengths and challenges, improve leadership skills, establish goals and action plans and to maximize their potential .

I can optionally use assessments and development tools to enhance the coaching if desired.

I combine coaching and  leadership expertise to equip emerging leaders to move from manager to leader.  I help to enhance individuals skills, to shift focus and to  accelerate professional development.

I can work individually or with groups. 

I work with individuals in transition or seeking to make a transition personally and/or professionally.  I help you to develop a motivating future vision and the pathway forward.  Through coaching and support, you increase   confidence as you progress along a journey of transformation.
